We would need to contact you if for example an item you ordered is unavailable or if the delivery date needs to be changed. You will be able to review your details in ‘My account’. Here you can add/edit shipping addresses as well as re-set your log in password. If for any reason you wish to be removed and no longer want to shop with us, please follow the ‘delete my account’ link and follow the instructions.
If you would like to add yourself to our mailing list to receive news and exclusive offers you will need to use the ‘subscribe to mailing list’ form located on the home page and other key pages. Only your email address and name will be stored on our mailing list. This information will not be passed on to any third parties. If you’d like to update your details, or unsubscribe, you can use the links at the bottom of any email from us. Or if you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete or you would like to unsubscribe, you can also email us at [email protected] We will promptly remove or correct any information found to be incorrect.
We do not hold or process any card or payment details. All payments are made securely through PayPal and Stripe, so you agree to their terms and conditions. We also gather anonymous visitor traffic statistics using Google Analytics which helps identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to our customers needs. Google Analytics cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come from and the pages they visited.

If you wish to be removed from our system entirely you can do that as well. Click on the ‘Delete My Account’ link at the bottom within the ‘My Account’ section and follow the instructions. Note: Once you delete your account all associated information will be gone. You will need to re-register if you wish to make a future purchase.
Separately, as a subscriber to our email newsletter and offers, you can update or unsubscribe directly and instantly from any of our email communication. Just follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
